王皓毅研究组招聘博士後启事

  中國科學院動物研究所王皓毅研究组招聘博士後。王皓毅研究員长期进行人类多能性干细胞和小鼠模型的基因工程技术开发,于2014年在動物所組建實驗室。本研究組主要研究興趣爲新型基因工程技術的開發與應用。近期研究方向爲:1. 研究TALENCRISPR基因編輯技術的特性,提高其效率和特異性。2. 在造血幹細胞和T細胞中建立和優化基因編輯技術,開發新型疾病治療方法。3. 開發實現內源基因表達調控以及表觀遺傳狀態修飾的新技術,並應用其建立疾病模型和新型治療方法。 

  招聘方向爲: 

  1. 應用和優化基因編輯技術開發新型CAR-T療法,進行臨床前實驗和臨床研究。 

  2. 開發新型基因工程工具和技術。 

  3. 建立大片段基因組編輯技術構建複雜動物模型的方法。

  應聘條件: 

  1. 生物化學、分子生物學、計算生物學和微生物學等相關領域,于近三年內獲得博士學位;博士期間或近三年內以第一作者身份發表SCI論文;专业知识扎实,熟练掌握博士学习领域相关实验技术。 

  2. 对于科學研究具有较强的兴趣和热情,具有较强的独立工作能力,诚实、富有责任心和团队合作精神。 

  3. 具有良好的英文文献阅读、写作和口头表达能力,已发表过较高水平的研究論文者优先考虑; 

  4. 身體健康,能長期穩定工作,年齡不超過35周歲。
